Parish Nursing

Our Parish Nursing service provides access to a nurse who advocates on behalf of the individual, promotes health and encourages and facilitates engagement with health services. The service is currently available at our central site every 2nd Monday afternoon between 3pm and 5.30pm. Keep and eye out for more Parish Nursing sessions coming soon. Parish Nursing is run in collaboration with Parish Nursing UK
